What are your operating hours?
The nursery operates Monday-Friday from 7:30am to 6pm, 51 weeks a year, with closures only for bank holidays and Christmas period.
Are meals provided?
Yes, we provide nutritionally balanced cooked lunches daily at £1.95, with breakfast, snacks, and formula milk included free of charge. All dietary requirements are accommodated.
How do you update parents on child development?
We use the Famly app to share real-time observations, photos, and developmental assessments. Parents receive daily mealtime reports and can access learning journey records at any time.
What qualifications do your staff hold?
All staff hold relevant childcare qualifications with enhanced DBS checks. We maintain OFSTED-mandated ratios: 1:3 for babies, 1:4 for toddlers, and 1:8 for preschoolers.
Can I visit before enrolling?
Yes, we welcome prospective parents for guided tours and offer two pre-enrolment visits to help children acclimatise to the nursery environment.

Been visiting local soft play areas with 9 month old daughter and enjoyed visiting here. Good soft play for babies and toddlers and very well priced compared to other soft play areas. Didn't eat here so can't rate food but found this to be the best priced soft play in the area and for a baby this was most suitable.

Really not impressed. Went with my Grandson to the Youth Club on a Wednesday Evening. There was no supervision whatsoever just a few kids running wild. More importantly no one was supervising the sanitation of hands. Hand Sanitizer was available but several children were just walking past it after paying their own admission. The person taking the money on reception did not comment and when i did pass a remark she said Oh you should get a job here.

My kids love it here. It is making some great improvements for the kids like messey play the kids can make there own pizzas which they cook for you. They have made improvements on the toys available. They can only make it much more with the support from the public. I do recomend giving it s go here!

Went to my granddaughters 4th party, lots of things to play on and different rooms to go in, the party food was very good and plenty of it , the staff were on hand to help with the running of things and adults could get a hot drink at a reasonable price. A good morning for everyone.

I won a children's party for 10 on a tombola at a charity event last year and cashed in on my free kids party August this year. The staff were very friendly and made sure everything was perfect for my little boys party. They went the extra mile to accommodated some last minute halal option sandwiches which was great as well as staying open an extra half hour, on a bank holiday to continue playing games with the kids. Kids loved it, play area is perfect and games/prizes was a very nice touch! Thanks so much to everybody at Cheeky Cherubs. Be taking my son here now regularly.
