Services
Physiotherapy
Our physiotherapy services address musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical recovery, and chronic pain management. Using manual therapy, electrotherapy, and tailored exercise programmes, we help patients restore mobility and reduce discomfort. The service benefits individuals recovering from sports injuries, workplace strains, or degenerative conditions through evidence-based interventions.
Acupuncture
This evidence-based acupuncture service treats musculoskeletal conditions like back pain and joint inflammation. By stimulating specific body points, we alleviate pain and promote natural healing processes. Patients benefit from reduced medication reliance and improved circulation, complementing conventional physiotherapy treatments for enhanced recovery outcomes.
Personal Training
Tailored personal training programmes focus on strength development, weight management, and functional fitness. Our certified trainers create individualised plans aligned with clients' health goals, whether recovering from injury or pursuing general wellness. Sessions utilise the clinic's gym facilities and incorporate progressive exercise techniques for sustainable results.
Neurological Rehabilitation
Specialist neurological rehabilitation supports stroke survivors and patients with neurological conditions like Parkinson's disease. Our therapists employ task-specific training and mobility exercises to improve motor function. The service includes gait analysis and balance training, helping patients regain independence and enhance daily living capabilities through structured recovery programmes.
Pilates Classes
Both one-to-one and group Pilates sessions improve core stability, flexibility, and posture. The classes cater to varying abilities, with modifications for injury recovery or pregnancy-related needs. Participants develop body awareness and muscle control through controlled movements, complementing physiotherapy treatments for long-term musculoskeletal health.

I have been attending Pilates classes now for a few months having received physio at the clinic many years ago for a prolapsed disc. The classes are varied and well run by knowledgeable staff and I have found all of the staff to be friendly and welcoming. The premises are Covid secure too.
