We deal with Possession Claims, but also deal with obtaining Lease Extensions and Business Tenancy Renewals. We can assist you with a wide range of problems, including contractual disputes but please note we do not deal with debt recovery.

Who we are
Hugh Lewis and Soheel Bhandari are the current Partners in the firm and both have practised in the local area for many years. Their ethos is to provide clients with an efficient and cost effective service, with the aim of completing matters both quickly and successfully. Hugh Lewis graduated from Birmingham University in 1976 and qualified as a Solicitor in 1979.
Costs Information
If you wish us to deal with administering an Estate our charges would depend upon the amount of time taken to deal with the matter. This will vary depending upon the nature of the assets, the complexity of the Estate and the nature of the enquiries that we have to make. However, most matters take around 10-15 hours to complete.
