Services
Our service includes a thorough, in-depth inspection of the property and a detailed report which includes photographs and advises remedial actions to the issues identified. Report, they usally stipulate a Chartered Building Surveyor and not any other type of Chartered Surveyor. We are Chartered Building Surveyors, so we are qualified to provide inspection reports to mortgage companies, banks, building societies and insurance companies.

The survey will be carried out by a Chartered Building Surveyor (either MRICS or FRICS). Both of our surveyors have at least thirty years of building industry technical knowledge.
