Genuinely amazing service! It was mine and my partners first time buying a house and didnt know much about mortgages. We didnt have a clue what we were doing or where to start but Karen was there every step of the way! She went above and beyond for us and nothing was too much. Shes also very knowledgeable and found us amazing rates. The communication was great and we could contact Karen any time. She would respond very fast and answer any question we had. Even when the mortgage rates changed Karen took the time to re-apply so that we had better rates! Overall a very good level of service
