Our bespoke jewellery service provides an initial consultation to discuss ideas and budget, however due to us not being a retail premises we work by appointment only, to ensure our customers receive our undivided attention. Initial consultations are free of charge, then once your design has been agreed we ask you to secure your order with a 50% deposit of the estimated cost.
