Visited twice, both times the paperwork had been filled out wrong and had to go back.
Had an appointment with the solicitor, travelled an hour to get there on time for the solicitor not to be there for the appointment and didn't notify me beforehand to cancel. When we did see someone else they were rude and said that they had other things to do and didn't pay any attention to what I was saying nor look at the paperwork properly. Do not recommend, rude and dont bother attending appointments.

I would thoroughly recommend this solicitor. I have always found them to be professional knowledgable, responsive and willing to give advice. In difficult circumstances they are always empathetic and try to ensure the best possible outcomes for their clients.
