We have always welcomed our customers with an open-door policy unfortunately in this busy time we found too many people were visiting our reception area putting ourselves and the customer at risk, so we have made changes as listed below. 1: We ask that all customers call us first so we can be prepared for any visit reducing the time of your visit.

2: We have closed our reception area and instead opted for a serving hatch approach limiting the number of people and contact between ourselves and others. 3: upon arrival, we will ask customers to use hand sanitiser and the toilets are available in these areas with hot water and soap if required. 5: we will no longer be able to offer counter services including quick repairs, email advice, quick diagnostics etc.
