Having renewed my insurance back in the summer, the whole process was that simple and straightforward, that I forgot to properly say “thank you”.
When I first spoke about my business insurance just over 12 months ago, the advice you gave me was second to none - truly fabulous. Taking the time to review my existing cover, and explaining the gaps / flaws to ensure I was properly covered.
When it came time for renewal, you made sure everything was still the same, and no changes were required - even speaking to your brokers to ensure the current mix of my work (including more videography)
