Services
Tui-Na Massage
Traditional Chinese deep tissue therapy using finger pressure and manipulative techniques. This treatment targets musculoskeletal disorders and improves circulation through meridian pathways. Ideal for chronic pain conditions and stress-related ailments, it combines therapeutic movements with heat therapy options.
Acupuncture
Ancient energy rebalancing technique using ultra-fine needles at specific meridian points. Addresses neurological disorders, chronic pain, and systemic imbalances by stimulating the body's self-healing mechanisms. Sessions include comprehensive diagnostic assessment and tailored treatment plans.
Hot Stone Massage
Combines heated basalt stones with deep tissue techniques to relieve muscle tension. The controlled heat penetrates tight muscles, enhancing circulation while promoting profound relaxation. Particularly effective for patients with chronic stress and myofascial pain conditions.
Cupping Therapy
Ancient Chinese technique using negative pressure cups to stimulate blood flow. Draws out toxins and alleviates muscle stiffness by creating localised congestion that promotes healing. Beneficial for respiratory conditions and chronic muscle tension patterns.
Gua Sha Treatment
Traditional East Asian healing technique using smooth-edged tools for soft tissue mobilisation. Creates therapeutic petechiae that reduce inflammation and improve circulation. Particularly effective for resolving chronic muscle pain and boosting immune function through lymphatic stimulation.

I have been here many times and they always give me a great massage. They DON'T do that annoying thing that other places do and wander off to answer the phone halfway through. A nice relaxing atmosphere and a really good massage in a little gem at the heart of the city. Thoroughly recommended
