Check-in is between 4-6pm, with check-out by 11am. Late arrivals can arrange alternative check-in by prior agreement.

Can I book the self-catering apartment?
The Loft can be booked through our website or by phone. A 30% deposit is required, with full payment due on departure.
What cancellation policy applies?
Cancellations within 7 days incur 30% charge, within 2 days 100% charge. No-shows are charged full booking amount.
Are pets allowed on premises?
The property is strictly non-smoking with no pets permitted in any accommodation units to maintain cleanliness standards.
How to reach Pitlochry by public transport?
Direct train services from London/Glasgow/Edinburgh arrive at Pitlochry station, located 5 minutes from our guesthouse with walking directions available.

Very comfortable & friendly B&B, with excellent decor/facilities. Tasty breakfasts freshly made to order. Free Wi-Fi. Ample parking. Pitlochry is an excellent base for exploring the area.

Wow beautiful room lovely quiet location, the owners are lovely and very friendly and helpful. Mooved in to the loft and that is beautiful self contained and even quiter. You could not ask for anything more. Bed very comfortable with seating and table and chairs fantastic.

The best B&B in Scotland! Lorraine and Mike are excellent hosts who give you a warm Scottish welcome. Accommodation is beautiful, exceptionally clean and perfectly maintained and the breakfast.... made to order and delicious.

We stayed here at the self-service apartment for 6 nights in October, and could not have been happier with the setting, the space, and our hosts. Everything about Dunmurray was perfect. We thought it was the best location in Pitlochry. (not that there is a bad location there) Mike and Lorraine were so nice and so helpful, they are just truly lovely people. We felt like we were right at home while there, and really can't wait to come back. We will be back, and when we do make it again, we will absolutely stay at Dunmurray, and would recommend it to literally any and everyone.
