The lowest rating I could give was one gold start. But if it was up to me it would be a nasty brown coloured start. Leaving our 92 year old customer with NO heating and NO HOT WATER. They did send a plumber out to take a look at the issue but he arrived with no tools and said they dont really want me to touch it. This isnt the service you would expect after paying 8000 for a bath and the bath wasnt even that good

Would not recommend this company. this is causing my grandparents a lot of stress. Very pushy, demanding and extremely over priced. Incomplete work which workers had to return 5 times and this has still not been resolved. They are obviously not the only one who has been caused unsolicited stress by this company due to all of these bad google reviews. We are still in contact with regards to rectifying these problems. Please be aware as they target the elderly and vulnerable.

My father recently passed away after ordering and paying a 50% deposit for my mum and dads new bathroom. I contacted aquability and they were nothing short of amazing, very caring and understanding and did not even quibble about refunding the deposit. Totally professional and I have no doubt if my mum wishes to purchase a new bathroom in the future it will be with aquability
