We used SGC to sell one property and buy another. Overall our experience was really positive. Simon was really communicative and very efficient and our conveyancing time on the purchase was 10 weeks, we thought was really speedy given the current situation and also Simon taking 2 weeks leave. We would recommend them absolutely, particularly after a bad experience with another solicitors earlier in the year.
