Not only did Chris post on our local Facebook group to let everyone know that he would be available to come and sort out boiler problems in this weather (when other companies were either charging lots of refusing the jobs) he also at the front door within 10 mins of calling.

Very quick to reply to my message when my saniflo started making strange noises. Came out the following day to take a look and the part was ordered and was fixed a few days later. Very reasonable rates and very friendly, great with my kiddies too :)
