Group booking had all preordered breakfast with names. Very slow to come out (only 2 staff who were really lovely). Wrong orders, very small portions and luke warm. Hot drinks took ages to come out and not everybody got one.

We stayed the night here but only had breakfast so can only review on these parts so far. The room are very well presented with a bit of a bungalow feel about them as there are just a few units at the end of their driveway and they are only one floor. There is a bit of road noise which can't be avoided as it's next to a busy Rd. Staff were friendly. Went down for breakfast in the morning and fry up was of very good quality. We both really enjoyed it. Only gripe I would say is the tvs in the rooms are tiny. They need upgrading. Other than that pretty spot on all round. Great job guys.

Nice enough place to stay for the night. Self contained lodges at the back on the pub. Check in at the pub, the staff are nice. There's a few wedding venues near by and they are happy to book taxis for you. Ideal if you want to go to the house or manor.would recommend.

Really like this pub. Interior decoration is excellent, the staff are really friendly and the food is great. Pizza's are very good. What makes this pub though is the garden, this place is meant for the summer, drinking pints and watching the narrow boats go by. Enjoy.
