Really delighted with Sharon Leons customer service. Have slowly been updating carpets in the house as we can afford it. No pressure from Sharon Leon to overspend, in fact really helpful discussions about the pros/cons of different brands and footfall/usage/price points. Staff who fitted carpets and modular tiles were excellent, everything looks great and service in store and staff knowledge of their products was first class. Were very happy customers and would certainly recommend Sharon Leon.

I bought some custom made rugs here and needed to match an existing stair carpet. Jenny and Billy were excellent throughout the process, providing friendly, helpful and unpressured service and identifying the correct match for the hall rug. The rugs have now arrived and are a perfect fit in the house thanks to the time taken to get things right.
