My brother in laws place. Never stayed here, but by all accounts it's a good place to stay, clean and well run, we'll worth a visit

The owner could not gave been more accomodating. Stayed there specifically so that we could cycle the disused railway along the Dee. Very convenient. Fixtures and fittings are a bit dated but clean and Covud secure.

Fantastic choice for travellers holiday or work, this was my first choice for approx 18 years while working offshore then various holidays visiting friends. The rooms are spacious spotless clean every amenity you could need, Good Wi-Fi free, the owner John can't do enough to help info or anything the breakfast is very good loads to choose, large car park and price to please, tip don't book via web sites he is good on price with out taking most your payment, ring him direct, can I reconvened you bet I going hotels world wide and this is still my top B&B can't rate it high enough.

Had a party in Aberdeen stayed here with wife for one night.great little place to stay .everything in your room you would need .We would certainly stay here again. Top Bloke

Just a 10 minutes walk into the town centre, room clean and tidy and a nice size. Breakfast is a help yourself continental affair, but you can have as much or as little as you like. Location is quite and central with parking at the rear.
