Went to the city of London branch with a partnership dispute. At first they showed a lot of interest in taking my case on, told me theres so many options to deal with my business partners etc, took 5k in advance and then the work slowed down significantly. They realised I was vulnerable and took advantage. Was more disappointed with Tony Christodoulides and Ian Chai than my business partners whom Im in a major dispute with. At the end I just walked away, lost 5k and time.

I have been trying to get into contact with a solicitor (CROUCH END OFFICE) for the last four days regarding a legal concern I have. Upon calling the receptionist I keep on being fed absolute false promises that someone will call me back "in the morning" or "during the afternoon" with no success - absolutely unprofessional if you cannot provide me with a service I rather your team communicate to me that no one is available absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE - PLEASE DO NOT BOTHER CALLING THIS COMPANY AS YOU WILL BE TOLD THAT SOMEONE WILL GET BACK TO YOU IN THE SAME DAY AND THERE'S A 99.9% CHANCE

From the outset, Ben Cooper at Cavendish Legal has been outstanding. The process of buying our property was extremely difficult and complex. When youre going through a house purchase you need somebody who is able to work hard on your behalf and available to talk through various issues at any given time.
