CNC Turning
Our CNC turning services utilise advanced lathes to produce complex cylindrical components from bar stock. With eight machines including large-capacity Goodway lathes, we balance small-batch prototyping with high-volume production runs.
CNC Milling
Equipped with seven CNC milling machines including three simultaneous 5-axis systems, we manufacture intricate 3D geometries with exceptional accuracy. Direct Heidenhain control programming and Mastercam CAM software integration enable efficient production from CAD models. Wire Eroding
Specialist wire erosion services using our Sodick VZ300L machine produce highly accurate complex shapes in conductive materials. Gear Cutting
Complete in-house gear production capabilities include hobbing, shaping, and grinding operations.
