The deposit is half the total rent. The balance is due 6 weeks before your holiday. Single sex parties are not normally acceptable but may be considered, subject to the agreement of the property owner and the payment of a refundable security deposit - please contact us. Insurance restrictions prevent us from accepting bookings for groups of minors (under 18 years of age).
