Friendly staff
Seated in a booth even though was just party of 2 (couple) which was nice
Clean in appearance. Desert was lovely nonetheless
Ordered a tea which unfortunately never came but at least wasn't added to the bill
Table wasn't cleared until we got up to leave (finished desert about 40 minutes prior to leaving)

Can't fault the effort. Quite sly when not telling us on arrival that the oven was not working. We would of left then. We waited 10-15 minute's and were ready to order when some of our orders could not be done due apparatus not working. With a demanding pre-schooler, we could not leave. There were no other customers so this was even more calculated.
However, staff were professional apart from that. It's just the lack of transparency and the waste of time. Nobody liked the desert's apart from the little one. But again, I can't fault the effort. High priced, but of course it's not cheap to run

The service was good, friendly staff, Chai tea was too sweet and cold not Hot. Dessert was amazing. Nice place for families and friends.

Awful service and delivery. I've had two bad experiences now i wanted to give it a second shot hoping my first experience was just a one off busy time(my food was two hours late and came melted and freezing cold and no explanation to why this was the case). So i ordered again, for the same thing to happen... came 2 and a half hours later this time though extremely salty and cold. And an very rude and not understanding lady on the other end of the phone at the restaurant. Don't order from here please your just going to receive cold horrible food/ drinks.

Quite nice! Gelato, cookie dough and profiteroles all very tasty but the black current crumble seemed microwaved and the custard was had a big lump in it and a film at the top. The strawberry surprise, on the other hand, was very tasty and I found it very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend for a meetup with friends. They also have a vegan and gluten free menu and staff are very nice.
