Pilates
Private and group Pilates sessions utilise state-of-the-art equipment including reformers and trapeze tables. Tailored to individual needs, these sessions improve physical performance, postural alignment, and body confidence. Classes accommodate rehabilitation needs and performance enhancement goals, with experienced instructors guiding participants through progressive movement patterns in 55-minute sessions for one-to-one or duet formats.
Clinical Pilates
Physiotherapist-led clinical Pilates combines medical expertise with equipment-based Pilates for targeted rehabilitation. Particularly beneficial for post-surgical recovery, chronic conditions, or complex injuries, these sessions integrate therapeutic movement with clinical assessment. Available in 30 or 55-minute durations, treatments utilise the full range of Pilates apparatus under professional supervision to ensure safe, effective progression.
