We discovered a structural anomaly during some scheduled works to renovate a room, which required a structural engineer to assess as an emergency.
Holdgate Consulting were very helpful and were able to send out a structural engineer within 2 days since it was a relatively small assessment, but was a blocker for our building works. Their normal wait period for an engineer was at least 2 weeks, so their flexibility in sending an engineer was greatly appreciated, where other engineering firms were not as helpful! Our engineer (Yannis) was very helpful and exuded competence. He not only assessed

Needed a structural survey to complete the sale of our house and were given an incredibly tight time frame. Holdgate got back to me with a quotation the same day and we had our completed report within a week of originally contacting them, even with snow preventing travel to our house for the first scheduled appointment. Would highly recommend and will be using them for anything in the future
