Was accidentally sent the wrong item (easy mistake to make as the items are very similar, and, you know, the team are only human!). Gave them a call and not only did they tell me to keep the old item, they sent out the new one first class recorded! Fantastic service, really polite and friendly on the phone, I will definitely be coming back for all my car-related needs!
