Before we approached Interior Decisions, we had spoken to another firm and were not getting clear answers. We spoke to James and the communication and professionalism in approach was head and shoulders above many other firms we have been dealing with. I cannot praise him enough. We then had an issue with Supply chain on the floor we wanted. Not their fault but they communicated well. We then had to change flooring and James and Dave pulled out all the stops to fit us in around other jobs. This was not easy as their diary was blocked. James put together a schedule and unlike every other builder

James and the team were excellent from start to finish. They fitted new carpet to 3 bedrooms, the living room, stairways and hallways, and I am overjoyed with the result. James' customer service was excellent and he was quick to respond to any queries I had along the way, and the fitters that carried out the work were so helpful and pleasant and tidied up along the way. I would absolutely recommend for anyone looking to have their carpets done

We felt our business was really valued. The carpets and flooring were all removed and carpets whipped into the rug sizes we requested.
James advised us on our choice of wood flooring and kept us updated throughout the job. The job was completed on time. We highly recommend Interior Decisions for all flooring needs.
