Licensed for civil ceremonies in our grand ballroom or under the garden pergola, we offer two distinct settings for your vows. Our team ensures perfect execution whether you prefer an indoor celebration with historic charm or an outdoor garden ceremony surrounded by nature. The venue's Grade II listing adds unique architectural features to your special moment.

Accommodation

Offering 33 en-suite bedrooms across the main house, The Lodge, and The Lazy Goose B & B, we provide comfortable overnight stays for up to 72 guests. Packages include breakfast and exclusive use of The Lodge for pre-wedding preparations, with special offers for large group bookings enhancing value for money.

Event Planning

Our dedicated wedding managers provide comprehensive planning support from initial consultation to day-of coordination. Can we host both ceremony and reception at Eastington Park?

Yes, we offer licensed ceremony spaces in our ballroom or garden pergola, with seamless transition to reception areas. Capacity allows for 118 day guests in main spaces, expanding to 250 for evening events.

What accommodation options are available for wedding guests?

Do you allow outside vendors?

We welcome approved external vendors while maintaining quality standards. Our team coordinates with selected suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery while maintaining venue requirements and safety protocols.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 14+ days before check-in receive full refund. Less than 14 days but over 2 days: 50% charge. Less than 2 days: 100% charge. Venue hire terms follow similar refund structures.

Can we have a 24-hour bar?

Yes, we offer 24-hour bar service with flexible closing times. Our licensed bar team accommodates extended celebrations while ensuring responsible service throughout your event.

Lovely venue for a wedding/reception. Rooms are spacious & very clean. Staff were all lovely & nothing was too much trouble.
Berry Blue who do the catering were 'a bit difficult' to deal with, especially when they realised we were on a budget. There was no leeway or give & take. However, the food they supplied was very nice & good quality.

We had the perfect wedding day at Eastington Park in December 2021 - from booking all the back in 2017, and two postponements, Eastington Park (Especially Mel and Chris) were amazing at keeping in touch, answering any questions and changing our date twice so quickly. It was honestly amazing; we couldn't have wished for more - the perfect venue. Thank you

Just to clarify about the 2*. 1st *Star* is solely for the Chef. The interpretation of a culturally challenging menu, deserves a solid mention especially in the EFFORT department. The 2nd *Star* is for the Bride/Groom and guests. The one word that would summarise the experience in whole is "SERVICE". Service is not just a decorative design meant only for the eyes till the night ends. Service is however a continuous delivery of expectations beyond one's varied expectations. It appears Eastington Park may have become adept at window dressing what good service should look like. The unfortunate
