The new premises of Pure Indulgence Day Spa are beautiful and tastefully decorated. Having received a number of wonderfully relaxing treatments, I can highly recommend this spa. I left feeling relaxed and thoroughly spoilt. The care and attention was second to none. In addition to the treatments I received, I also spent time in the relaxation room which had a very relaxing atmosphere and was charming. I will definitely be returning to this spa.

I got my eyebrows tinted and waxed there today, it was awful. The lady put tint all over with no care how it looked and waxed my eyebrows terribly. Would not go there again

Really unhappy with pedicure today - cut cuticles back to sensate skin - really sore now and painful to be cut, burnt my foot with the parrafin wax, didn't remove original nail colour properly so can see it through new colour. Painted my cuticles as well as nails and finish really poor. And I have a sore foot. Really not impressed and wouldn't go back.

Travelled 30 mins for a massage for today, only to find that there was a note on the door saying they were closed due to illness! They could of at least had the decency to call me to let me know instead of wasting my time and fuel getting there for nothing! Won't bother rebooking.

My manicure was laughably bad. Firstly there was no consultation on the shape I would prefer (I tend to go for a rounded finish). Filing was done with the rough edge of the file, which quickly reduced my nails to one mm short of and in one case one mm beyond the quick, bar the right thumb which was left untouched. At the end of the filing process I was asked if I was happy with the shape terrified of further filing I had to say yes there was nothing left to shape!! There was no smoothing off of the edges and my now very short nails were left uneven and with snags. Cuticle work was also
