Cicelie Fry
Report
Cicelie works primarily by covering some of the blank paper with collage. She is very interested in selecting the torn papers and placing them on the blank watercolour paper to create textures and movement. It has proved a very exciting and popular technique and gives the artist great creativity as these are very much one-off pieces of work.
