The Atherstone Red Lion Hotel is an independently owned and operated hotel, the building was an old couching inn, dating back to the early 1500s, situated in the heart of the old hatting town, Atherstone. Within the hotel you will find an open fire place in the bar area, or simply relax the hours away reading your favourite book in the kings library.

The hotel is a former coaching inn which dates back to the 1500's and offers high quality accommodation all with ensuite bathrooms and is centrally located within the town centre. Taking account the history of the building and the local area, the rooms are all individually named.

The main bar and conservatory provide an extensive choice of traditional English pub classics, as well as great burgers to our steak selection we have extensive range of teas, coffees, snacks and sandwiches which are also available all day and evening. A traditional Sunday Carvery Lunch is served every Sunday from 12.00 till 8.00 pm and is ideal for the whole family.
