Having much experience of care homes we can honestly say this is the best by far. Management and staff helpful and kind. This home is well led and professionally run both during the week and at weekends. Our father was content, well cared for and valued highly as an individual. We couldnt have asked for better care. During the pandemic the hygiene was first class and this care hime needs to be recognised as one that stands out from the rest and being independently run it appears to be putting peoples needs and health first rather than profit first.

Attitude of carers very poor and negative. Some have no respect for others including residents.They are argumentative. No evidence of compassion, caring, effective
communication or competencies of skills for the role they play. Food given to
residents could be appalling.. Who ever has a family member there should keep a close eye more especially evenings and weekends
