A Fixed Fee gives you some certainty as to the cost of your case and can be agreed in stages to provide you with flexibility and reassurance.

Our fees start at 1,300.00 plus Vat for a freehold purchase up to 500k, but (unlike many firms) our costs will include acting for the lender, preparing a stamp duty return, redeeming a mortgage, all photocopying, all postage, all identification checks and two same-day bank transfer fees as required.Our standard property search bundle costs 218.90 including Vat and the Land Registry search fees are 3.90 per document, you usually just need two.
