Deepdale Veterinary Centre provides a full range of general veterinary services and routine preventative healthcare for your pet. We offer microchipping, vaccination, neutering and flea and worm treatment, at the most competitive prices. We can also advise on diet, weight control and dental care, with our free nurse clinics. Our goals are to think always of both pet and client, to promote pet health, and to treat only when, and as much as, necessary.
Services
Services
Report
Our practice provides a range of pet care services. If you have any questions about your pet's need for treatment or a specific aspect of our service, please call the veterinary practice or email us. We continue to recommend the annual use of Lepto 2 vaccine for protection against the strains of leptospirosis most likely to be encountered by dogs in the UK.
Nutrition
Report
We believe that nutrition is an important part of keeping pets healthy and can also play a vital part in the treatment of some illnesses. This is why we stock a select range of cat and dog pet food in practice, helping to take the faff out of pet food for our clients by recommending diets that have been scientifically created to provide optimal nutrition, which tastes great!
Pet Health Plan
Report
At Deepdale Vet Centre we believe that a proactive, preventive approach to your pet's healthcare is far better than waiting until your pet is vulnerable, ill or suffering to put things right. We want to make responsible pet ownership simple and affordable, which is why we have designed these Pet Health Plans.
Out of Hours
Report
If your pet has an emergency during our normal opening hours, please call the practice and we will advise you what to do next. Vets Now is the pet equivalent of an accident and emergency service, dedicated to providing pets with access to a vet out of hours. It's all they do. Based at Vets Now, Barton-le-Clay, their vets and vet nurses are specially trained to deal with pet emergencies.
Pet Insurance Guide
Report
Pet insurance provides cover for veterinary fees in the event that your pet becomes injured or unwell. It can provide peace of mind that you're in a position to afford all the veterinary care your pet may need. With veterinary medicine employing expensive medical techniques and medication, and with pet owners caring more and more about their pets' health, pet insurance is becoming increasingly popular.
