What is Ohana Hair and Beauty’s cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Less notice incurs a 50% fee; missed appointments require full payment before rebooking.
Do you offer spray tanning outside regular hours?
Yes, spray tans are available daily from 9am to 9pm, including weekends.
Are consultations free?
Yes, all consultations for colouring and styling services are complimentary.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, card payments, and require a £20 deposit for aesthetic bookings.
How often should I get a haircut?
We recommend trims every 6–8 weeks to maintain healthy, frizz-free hair.

Daisy is a real expert in what she does! Shes saved my boyfriends hair from near disaster and made mine look fabulous. She got it right straight away and her talent and suggestions are spot on. Wont go anywhere else, she is amazing. Her tanning is also incredible!! Had a lot of compliments on that too for a wedding I went to. Great prices, expert skills and a lovely relaxing setting too. Would highly, highly recommend

I had a haircut & dry, Daisy sorted out a bad haircut I'd had done previously and fixed my cut for me. She explained well what her suggestion to resolve was, and did a great cut. I felt she understood my requirements. Feeling much better with new cut and she added some banging side bangs :D Would highly recommend, she is clearly very capable & knowledgable. I will be back!
