We know how important learning to drive is to you, this is why from the moment you meet your driving instructor we will use our years of experience to judge what level of training is needed for you based on your knowledge and ability. When learning to drive, the relationship between the driving instructor and the pupil is extremely important as this is the person who will guide you through to your test.

After you have taken advantage of one of our fantastic special offers, the following prices are our standard lesson prices. All lessons can either be paid for online, or when taking the lesson with your instructor. When you are ready for your test, this gives you a one hour pre-test lesson and use of our car for the test.
Instructor Training

You must get a new Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check to start your application, even if you already have one. Once you've passed the theory test, you must pass the other parts of the test within 2 years or you'll have to start the whole process again. If you've passed ADI part 2 you have the option to apply for a 6 month trainee licence to get experience teaching students.

Driver Instructor Qualifying Exams You'll be well on your way to becoming an Instructor in No time Driver Instructor Qualifying Exams in Nottingham There are 100 multiple choice questions and 14 hazard perception video clips. This test is fully explained in the ADI 14 booklet. Mock exam papers, materials and tutor support are provided by Accelerate.
Trainee Licence

The driving instructor trainee licence allows candidates to work for payment for a driving school whilst preparing for the instructional test. To be eligible for the licence you must undertake 40 hours of training and be sponsored by the driving school. A further 20 hours of training must be undertaken during the first 3 months of the licence or before you take part 3 of the exam, whichever is the sooner.
