Cygnet law are working on behalf of the LA in a tribunal over an EHCP I am involved in They have breached GDPR and the solicitors code of practice by breaching confidentiality and ethics code and compromising a young person safety by not checking who they are sending documents to by email and that addresses are correct
Addressed a parent by the wrong name caused no end of stress and duress Take no responsibility for their actions and cannot meet dead lines shocking customer service have no faith in this company their incompetence is remarkable at how much they actually get wrong Im surprised

This firm acts as if the law doesn't apply to them. They have advised a Local Authority to disregard the law regarding Bail Conditions and when you question them on this matter they have the nerve to ask my solicitor to sort it out. There is no question I have no choice but to report the firm to the Solicitors Regulation Authority

We use this firm to sell our property.I cannot believe the amount of lack of professionalism and the lack of interest that they had to get things done. Everything was done from the other partys side. We contacted our bank for the redemption statement and they sent it to us within 3 days. (In a middle of Corona crisis)
It took this firm more than 2 months to send the request to the same bank and We only found out about it when contacted the bank. They lied and said they will get it done by the end of the week and that week only ended nearly 3 months later and only after we started

I am extremely disappointed with Cygnet Law and thier lack of communication. I had 30 mins FREE advice but i have been charged 90 for something i did not even request. Staff have lied about my solicitor being on holiday and i have contradicting phone calls ever since. I still have not been contacted by my solicitor to explain the charges and it has been over a month since my first complaint. Definitely would not recommend!!!
