Paul came to help us sort out the dryer on our AEG washer dryer after other technicians had blamed the plumbing. He spotted the actual problem, ordered the requisite replacement parts and returned to fix the machine within 96hours of his first visit. He was extremely understanding, immaculately tidy and ensured the machine is now working properly. He may even have saved our marriage!

The worst company I have ever used.
AVOID at all costs. Do not hire them, do not waste your money on them. Literally any other company will provide a better service. I have been trying to have my appliance repaired for weeks. I have prepaid for the parts, but after so many follow up emails and phone calls to go repair that I've lost count, I am still waiting for my oven to be fixed. At this point I don't know if it ever will be. I urge anybody considering using this company NOT TO. You will waste not only your money, but also your time and energy and get no where. Go Assist are unprofessional

Horrible service. I organized and paid for a call online. They said I needed to call before they could perform the service--on hold for ever for various different departments.
