Richard Gowan Consulting is able to offer a full range of services from the production of supporting 'building regulations' calculations for the structural engineering design of new structural elements for a new build or extension project through to being an active member of a design team for more 'involved' projects.
It is our firm belief that the advice we can impart early on in a project's lifespan are of greatest benefit in helping develop a well thought through design for any project. Outside of design we are able to offer a structural appraisal service reporting on the condition of the whole or part of an existing building which has signs of a structural defect, often at the recommendation of a chartered surveyor.
