Retail Concessions commenced trading in 1992, the goal of Retail Concessions is and always has been, to concentrate on providing a high quality concession management service to retailers, leading the market in the quality of concessions and revenue generation.

In 1998, our catering division, Retail Concession Catering began managing high profile car park concessions for various Landowners and Retailers, providing them with quality Mobile Catering facilities.We pride ourselves on the level of service we offer and are Concession Managers for a variety of national retailers such as B&Q Plc, Homebase Ltd, Landowners, Shopping Centres and Tesco Stores Ltd nationwide.

In store concessions enable organisations to promote their products and services to members of the public, within a retail environment such as DIY store, shopping centres and supermarkets. Concessions are a great marketing tool for sales lead generation, experimental marketing, market research and new product launches.

We specialise in managing premium mobile catering sites for the mobile caterer by licencing burger vans and ice cream vehicles on major Retailer car parks and Retail Parks across the UK, including some in Northern Ireland and even the Isle of Man! If there is a demand, we will seek the opportunity.

Retail Concessions can provide access to high footfall car parks nationwide with the Landowners and Retailers we work for. Car Park spaces can be rented for short or long term promotions with the correct licence procedures. This creates a good revenue stream for the landowner with no costs incurred.

Since 1992 we have been concession managers for a variety of Landlords, Managing Agents and Retailers. Concession management covers a number of areas apart from just fee income. We need to protect the name and image of the Landlords, Managing Agents and Retailers that we work for and all concessions have to complete a strict vetting procedure and application to trade.
