No one likes to visit the dentist more than is necessary, but the ordeal is made easier by the warm welcome we receive from Olga and Janise whose obvious dedication to their profession is also shown in the meticulously clean surgery, which is equally important by making all of us feel safer in these difficult times. Thank you both for all your good work!

- I really liked the new online completion of forms prior to going to the surgery in order to reduce the time required to be spent at the surgery.
- Check in all also done on line prior to entry - very easy
- Welcome was great as usual, very friendly.
- Check up and cleaning of teeth all done very efficiently
- I felt very safe at the surgery with the measures they had put in place.

I have recently moved to this practice and I wish that I had changed years ago. Even with the current circumstances we are all in I have been made to feel welcome throughout my appointments. Olga and Janice are both lovely and very professional. I actually no longer dread going to the dentist.

I didnt realise that when I went on my first visit to the practice that I would need an extraction. However it transpired that I needed two! On my second visit these where carried out without the potential pain I envisioned. In fact after the initial injection the only feeling I had was when the injection was made into the roof of my mouth and that was short lived. Overall it was, in the scheme of thinks, a far better experience than I feared! Thank you and full credit to you.

Several fillings required after being abroad for a few years. One of which was a bit tough. All done professionally and almost painlessly by Olga. Never been a fan of going to the dentist since the 1970s but they make it relatively easy.
