We would ask that you can arrive on time for your appointment, and not too early, if we are running late we will call or text you to let you know. We have a hand washing area for when you arrive and ask that you wash tor hands before the hairdressing service begins. Our team will be wearing face visors for your and their safety.
We advise you bring a face covering with you, or we can provide one if you need one, ( whilst this is not mandatory it is advisable). Please where possible don't bring a guest or family member to wait for you unless they have an appointment, as we have limited waiting areas in the salon. We will need to ask 3 questions before we proceed with your hair appointment for your safety and that of the team.
