Earlier in the year I went to view a property with a Hicks Hadley agent, the lady turned up to meet me and was unsure which flat we were viewing. We proceeded to walk around for 15 minutes to look for the correct flat, I found this weird but thought nothing of it and didn't end up purchasing the flat anyway. I had no intention of leaving a review because it was a bit unprofessional but also didn't really matter. However, 2 weeks ago I attempted to view a flat in Halesowen, the lady on the phone told me that there is a tenant living there so there would be an agent attending the viewing too. I
