Services

Roof Cleaning

Our roof cleaning service removes moss, lichen, and biological growth using low-pressure steam and certified biocides. This prevents structural damage, extends roof lifespan, and enhances property aesthetics. We assess each roof's unique needs, employing rope access or cherry pickers for safe, efficient results.

Render Cleaning

Specialist render cleaning targets algae, moss, and staining on coloured through-render surfaces. Using low-pressure equipment and manufacturer-approved biocides, we restore render without damaging its porous finish. Protective coatings are applied to prolong cleanliness and prevent future growth.

Pressure Washing

High-pressure and hot water systems rejuvenate block paving, patios, and driveways. We adjust pressure levels to suit surfaces, removing weeds, moss, and grime. Post-cleaning sanding with weed inhibitor ensures lasting results for domestic and commercial properties.

Window Cleaning

Pure water-fed pole systems clean windows up to 60ft safely, leaving streak-free finishes. We offer scheduled services and post-construction cleans, using de-ionised water to prevent salt and dirt buildup. UPVC frame restoration and hydrophobic sealants enhance long-term clarity.

Gutter Clearance

Gutter cleaning prevents water damage using specialist vacuums and CCTV surveys. We clear blockages, repair leaks, and ensure proper drainage for uPVC fascias and soffits. Regular maintenance safeguards properties from water ingress and structural issues.

Mike and his team power washed our decking at the beginning of June 2020 which hadnt been cleaned for 10 years, the results were quite incredible! the wood looks like new, we also had the gutters & facia boards cleaned and then he went on to power wash the Pavia blocks on our driveway ..it now looks so clean the granite blocks gleam in the sunshine, visitors think weve had a new driveway laid.
Mikes professionalisms is very impressive its not every day you come across such a consciousness guy...also impressive is his super dupa equipment-we cant wait to give him future work. I throughly

Mike came today and did a superb job of cleaning my house roof. Removed all the moss and treated the roof. After finishing he thoroughly cleaned the area and cleaned windows and fascia boards too. Fully recommend his work.

As M&S have made a good job of my windows for a couple of years I gave them a sterner challenge - the whole house and patio. A job done very safely and professionally with a brilliant result. The neighbours thought I had had been repainted overnight. The patio which had recenty been very obviously extended: you now cannot tell the difference between the old part nd the new. Amazing!

Excellent! Professional! Perfectionist! Outstanding! Honest! I hired this company to complete a large commercial exterior chemical wash down of a mansion and the work was incredible. Full health and safety aspects were covered, every part of the project was completed to a 5 star standard. I felt at ease knowing the work was in good hands and with how the project was managed with organisation and competence. Will be using this company every time and highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

We've used M and S Cleaning for our windows and gutters for some years now and always find them to be extremely professional. We recently hired them to conduct a full clean of the roof (terrible moss build up) the walls (seagull attacks) and the garden patio and drive way (lazyitis). They did an amazing job leaving the whole place looking like new. They were no bother at all and simply got on with the job. I would highly recommend.
