I asked Snappy to collect & dispose of over 5,000 books. The team they sent were amazing, they were friendly & helpful & worked so hard! Half way through the removal, someone unexpectedly asked us for the books. Snappy were so helpful in changing the plan to dispose of the books & went out of their way to deliver the books to the new address. I would highly recommend them, their service is amazing!

We are carpet cleaning company, which sometimes uses rubbish removal services for some of our customers. We found Snappy and booked the service over the phone. Stan was extremely helpful and saved us a lot of troubles, as we were running out of time, we just needed to remove all of it, so we can start cleaning the carpet. Big thank you, we will use them again !

Quoted 80-100 and then demanded 170 on arrival saying that boxes were heavy without even properly looking. A bunch of cowboys so avoid at all costs. Will not be using again.

The best company I have worked with. They provide the labour, which, according me was the bigger part of the removal itself. Outstanding, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Do not trust this company. They came and they asked me to collect for 70 and the guy was very rude. Don't spent your time. Avoid this scam of a company. I will report this company to HMRC and trading standards. Look at the below pictures and make your decision would this cost 70 and if you want to speak someone who is not RUDE, don't work with them.
