Ranj was absolutely brilliant! My boyfriend and I are first time renters and Ranj made the whole process very easy and clear. We finally settle downed. A week passed, and we really like our new home. We are so lucky to meet agent Ranj, during the letting process there are lots of documents need to be prepared, we got so many questions need to be answered. We are a family of 4 and we rented our current property through Rolfe East last month. It is our first experience with the estate agent in question and so far it has proved to be a very positive one. We would like to express our gratitude to one of the members of the letting team, Ranj, for the excellent customer service he provided us with.
