That's our patch, and it's a patch we know well, having opened our first office in Ealing over 30 years ago.

Ashley Rolfe and Simon East both served their apprenticeships with independent West London agencies, Ashley in Chiswick and Acton, whilst Simon served predominantly Ealing, Haven Green and Ealing Common. They started the business in 1983 believing that estate agency needed upgrading, particularly in customer service and true career paths for people who shared a combined love of people and property.

Any competent, reputable estate agent can sell your house for you, particularly in the current market; that's a given. What isn't a given though is the price you achieve, the length of time it takes, and the overall quality of the experience.
