Lovely place to eat. I had an afternoon tea, which was really nice. The hotel is decorated really nicely and the staff were very friendly and professional. Quite reasonably priced too.

The hotel hosted my daughters wedding last weekend. It was a memorable occasion from start to finish and I cannot fault any aspect of the team or the venue. The food was amazing the service was seamless and superb and I can wholeheartedly recommend this venue. We had exclusive use of the hotel and took over every room for two nights. There was no complaints from anyone we all had a wonderful time thanks to everybody there.

In general, the staff was no welcoming. At dinner time, it was a more than acceptable delay, and just one lady apologized for it, the other two serving were quite aggressive, though in a passive way. We booked a room with a king-size bed, but on arrival were given a standard double without nobody telling us about the change.There is a lot of room for improvement.

Went for a stay on the weekend, best night sleep I had there! Comfy bed and a nice window! Also a lovely spot where it is in the centre of Narberth! Lovely staff, very welcoming and had a lovely chat with them! Would definitely stay again!! 5*

Accommodation was very good, food excellent and the staff very helpful at reception, bar and restaurant. The outside area outstanding and we all totally relaxed on this family break since covid. The location of the hotel was so near to all the facilities afforded in Narberth. Plenty of car parking facilities together with electric hook ups. Looking forward to a return visit
