As our name suggests, we originally concentrated on vehicle recovery work. Our company now maintains all makes and models of vehicles, including light commercial vehicles. We undertake all types of garage services including repair or replacement - from the fitting of a small bulb up to major component changes or repairs.

We are St Albans Recovery and we have been established as a business in St Albans since the mid 1970's. We are a family business, consisting of father, two sons and one longstanding employee. As our name suggests, we originally concentrated on vehicle recovery work, this being our main form of business during the 80's, 90's and early 2000.

Exact details of mileage schedules and work undertaken does vary depending on the make and model of vehicle. We will quote you for your service as accurately as possible. However, please be aware that certain checks cannot be made until we see the vehicle and therefore additional costs, such as brake pad or cambelt replacement, or other non standard changes or repairs may incur an additional charge.

We are situated very close to the A1M motorway and also the A414 from the A1M to the M25. This excellent location on the outskirts to the east of St Albans is very near to Hatfield and Welwyn Garden City. A collection and delivery service can be arranged locally and also from mid Beds area, if required.
