Services
Re-roofing
We specialise in complete roof replacements for damaged or aged structures. Our process involves removing old materials, inspecting timbers, and installing new weatherproof solutions. Clients benefit from extended roof lifespan and improved insulation while maintaining architectural integrity through traditional or modern methods.
Lead Work
Our certified specialists install and repair lead components for valleys, gutters, and flashings. Using British Standard-compliant techniques, we ensure watertight seals around chimneys and roof intersections. This durable 100-year material provides both functional protection and heritage aesthetics for period properties.
Flat Roofs
We construct and repair flat roofs using GRP fibreglass, EPDM rubber, and lead systems. Each project includes proper drainage design and insulation integration. Our solutions combine longevity with modern performance standards for extensions, porches, and commercial buildings across Cornwall and Devon.
Loft Conversions
We convert unused loft spaces into functional living areas by raising roof structures, adding dormers, and installing windows. Our full-service approach includes structural work, insulation, and finishing touches to create compliant, energy-efficient additional rooms tailored to client requirements.
Delabole Slate
Specialists in traditional Cornish rag slate roofing from North Cornwall's Delabole quarry. We maintain historic techniques for listed buildings while incorporating modern underlays and insulation. This service preserves regional architectural character through expert slating patterns and material sourcing.
