My name is Jaydene and I am a fully qualified therapist with an NVQ level 3, I have a VTCT level 3 in Anatomy and Physiology, and I have gained additional qualifications in massage therapy such as Deep Tissue Massage, Indian Head Massage and Thai Massage. I am also qualified to preform facials with Eve Taylor aromatherapy skincare.

It can be as deep or as light as you request and are comfortable with, we can spend more time in certain areas; everything can be tailored to you. Meaning you get a truly personalised experience. I can help to reduce aches and pains, reduce built up tension, reduce stiffness, restore mobility, health and wellbeing.

I visited Jaydene as I was having trouble with my shoulders and lower back being very tight and the massage I had had really helped. I am moving much better already, but intend to go again to get full benefit but also as it was a pleasant and relaxing experience.
