Built in 1880 our home is a Victorian terraced house situated opposite St Johns church along the seafront. Just a 10 minute walk to the town and 20 minutes to the harbour we benefit from close proximity to the sea but also the quieter neighbourhood. All of our guests say how lovely and quiet the house is - perfect for a stay to recharge your batteries.

There are bus stops on Dorchester Road which take you to the town, Dorchester, Lyme Regis and Portland. There is no formal reception. The dining room is on the ground floor just 2 steps from the main door. There is background music in the dining room. We cater for sugar free (diabetic), vegetarian, gluten free (coeliacs), lactose free (dairy free) and vegan specific diets.

Since moving to this beautiful part of Dorset, Lynne & Andy have tried to make the most of the local sights and scenery. Some is reachable on foot via the South West Coast Path, and most of the rest can be reached by using the local bus service. So once parked in Weymouth, your car never need to be moved during the length of your stay.

Afternoon tea has become one of the the nations favourite ways to celebrate a special occasion. Whether it be a birthday, anniversary, hen party or baby shower. Our beautiful Victorian house and dining room is well placed for either an intimate tea for two or a larger group. All we ask is 24 hours notice to prepare so if you're staying with us for a few days, or live locally, we can look after your requirements.
