Rang for a quote, when they didn't turn up I rang the office to be told the engineer had a puncture and couldn't come and it would be tomorrow, I explained tomorrow wasn't suitable, so another engineer called, this must be at least 2 weeks ago, I have rang the office on numerous accasions to get the quote but they won't send one, all I can think is they don't want the work, very poor service, I won't be calling them again

Hired for fixing central heating. They quoted for power flush, which the plumber said wasnt necessary when they arrived. Timeline:
Callout on 9 November for initial fault find
Engineer attendance on 18 November ~ 1 hour to add inhibitor
Engineer attendance on 1 December ~ 5 hours
They, eventually(!) fixed the central heating system with cleaner, drain down & inhibitor and some new pipe. Wasnt quoted for any of this work. Afterward they charged 544.80 for this:
Materials - 50+ Vat
Callout= 50+Vat
Travel Time (visits 2 &3) = 50+ Vat
Labour = 304+ Vat
Total = 454

Great experience using AW. My boiler stopped working and someone came out within 2 hours to have a look at it and get it fixed. Excellent service and very quick. Have since also used them to fix a number of issues in our office. All work done to a high standard and very trustworthy.

First class response to our first call out, replaced our faulty old boiler with a new Worcester heating system which has proved to be a lot cheaper to run than our old
system. all the work was carried out in just a couple of days by workmen working to
a high standard and with a minimum of mess.
on completion we were well informed by the gas engineer on the working and settings of the new boiler. on the same day the owner of the company Mr Ashley Wilson called at the house to make sure we were happy with the job which had been done, nice to find a company which puts its customer care high on
system. all the work was carried out in just a couple of days by workmen working to
a high standard and with a minimum of mess.

Having used Ashley and his team for many years for boiler repairs and services we had to fit a new boiler which was done with no fuss and no mess. The guys explain whats going on, how to use the equipment and when they'll need to come back to carry out a service. The mother-in-law even used them!! I highly recommend AW Renewables and will continue to refer customers to them.
